Scope

This policy applies to all services provided by Authority Engineering including diagnostic assessments, authority strategy engagements, editorial authority services, and all other consultancy services.

Diagnostic assessments

Authority Engineering diagnostic assessments are manually completed by an experienced strategist. Due to the nature of the work involved, diagnostic assessments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work is considered commenced when we have begun the review process following payment.

If payment has been made but work has not yet commenced, a full refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment. Refund requests must be submitted by email to info@authorityengineering.co.uk.

Consultancy engagements

For ongoing consultancy engagements, fees paid for completed work are non-refundable. Fees paid in advance for future work that has not commenced are refundable upon written notice of cancellation, subject to any notice period agreed in the engagement terms.

Dispute resolution

If you are dissatisfied with any work delivered by Authority Engineering we encourage you to contact us at info@authorityengineering.co.uk before initiating any dispute or chargeback process. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Authority Engineering to seek resolution is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback where work has been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope.
